It is not for someone looking for a workout program. Our coaching systems are set up to maximize your long term results and if you simply want a workout program, go online and search google. It will undoubtedly give you thousands of program options. That will save you time and money.
It's not for those who think they want improvement, but really don't. This program is not a quick fix for a lifetime of poor choses. We work hard to guide those on our team to success, but we can't do it for you. We can guide you to the finish line, but you have to cross it.
Not at all! Programs are personalized for your best benefit. If you have access to a park, field, home gym, or full high end fitness training facility we have programs and coaching for you to match your preferred style of training.
This depends 100 percent on you. Your workouts, consistency, and nutritional choices are going to be the determining factor in how long it takes you to reach your goals no matter what they are. We bring the expertise, coaching, and accountability to help you win, but you have to put in the work.
